Weiqiao Lin is an architectural designer and researcher currently based in New Haven, CT. He holds a Master's degree in Architecture from Yale University and a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University. Between his academic pursuits, Weiqiao gained professional experience at Xing Design in Shanghai, contributing to
diverse projects including a metro station, office buildings, a "floating" energy center, museums, and a boutique hotel, etc.
As a researcher, Weiqiao is interested in Circular Urbanism, a thesis topic developed in collaboration with Amber Peiying Han at YSOA. This research explores the transition from linear material consumption to circular construction models across various urban settings.
